在加拿大簽署之法律文件，如需要在海外之國家使用，必需要經過三級認證程序。

 

常見公證服務之文件包括：

  • 授權委托書 (Power of Attorney)

  • 聲明書 (Statutory Declaration)

  • 聲明書 － 身份 (Declaration of Identity)

  • 聲明書 － 出生 (Declaration of Birth)

  • 聲明書 － 關係 (Declaration of Relationship)

  • 單身聲明 (無配偶）Afffidavit of Marital Status (Non-spouse)

  • 出生證 (Birth Certificate)

  • 死亡證 (Death Certificate)

  • 結婚證 (Marriage Certificate)

  • 公司成立文件 (Incorporation documents)

  • 贈與書 (Deed of Gift)

  • 無犯罪記錄 No Criminal Record (RCMP, Local Police Certificate)

第一級

 

  • 文件先由加拿大國際公證人公證（見證當事人簽名)

第二級

 

  • 文件經政府部門認證:

- 加拿大海外事務部

  (Department of Foreign Affairs of Canada)

 

或

 

- 安大略省政府及消費服務廳

  (Ontario Ministry of Government & Consumer Services)

第三級

 

  • 最後，將文件送交使用國駐加拿大之領事館認證
